Syro ERP – A Product of Solver ERP Softwares

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Solver ERP Softwares
("Company", "We", "Our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses
information collected from schools, students, parents, staff, and users
("Client", "User") of Syro ERP software and website
www.solvererp.in.
1. Nature of Service
Syro ERP acts solely as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider.
The Company functions as a data processor. Ownership, control, and legal
responsibility of all institutional and student data remain solely with
the respective school/institution.
2. Information Collected
We may process the following categories of data as provided by the Client:
- Student details (name, class, roll number, admission number)
- Parent/Guardian details (mobile, email, address)
- Staff information
- Attendance records
- Academic records and examination data
- Fee and transaction details
- Government identifiers (if entered by school)
- Login credentials and usage logs
We do not independently collect personal data without authorization
from the Client institution.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed strictly for:
- School administration
- Fee management and receipt generation
- Academic performance reporting
- SMS and notification delivery
- Government compliance reports (if initiated by school)
- System security and audit purposes
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do NOT sell, trade, or rent personal data.
Data may be shared strictly on a need-based basis with:
- SMS gateway providers
- Payment gateway providers
- Hosting/cloud infrastructure providers
- Government authorities (only upon lawful request or school authorization)
5. Data Security Measures
We implement commercially reasonable security practices including:
- SSL encryption
- Secure hosting environment
- Role-based access control
- Periodic backups
- Password-protected administrative access
However, no digital platform guarantees 100% security.
The Company shall not be held liable for cyber-attacks,
hacking incidents, or force majeure events beyond reasonable control.
6. Data Retention
Data shall be retained during the active subscription period.
Upon written termination request, data may be deleted after 30 days
unless legally required otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
Solver ERP Softwares shall not be liable for:
- Incorrect data entered by school authorities
- Financial loss due to incorrect reporting
- Third-party service failure
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
8. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Solver ERP Softwares
against any claims arising from misuse of the system or unlawful data entry.
9. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy without prior notice.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
