Syro ERP – A Product of Solver ERP Softwares
1. General Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided under Syro ERP
by Solver ERP Softwares.
2. Subscription Fees
- All subscription fees (annual/monthly) are non-refundable once the service has been activated.
- No refund will be provided for partial usage or unused period of subscription.
3. SMS Credits
- SMS credits once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- SMS charges are deducted as per usage and current approved rates.
4. Custom Development Charges
Any charges paid for customization, integration, or special feature
development are strictly non-refundable.
5. Payment Gateway Charges
- Transaction fees charged by third-party payment gateways are non-refundable.
- Any refund (if approved under special circumstances) will be processed
after deducting gateway charges and applicable taxes.
6. Service Cancellation
- Clients may request cancellation in writing.
- Access will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.
- No pro-rata refund will be issued.
7. Exceptional Cases
Refund requests (if any) will be reviewed solely at the discretion of
Solver ERP Softwares management.
